Why Unrig USA exists.
Unite the People
Corruption is not a partisan issue – it is an American issue. We bypass partisan traps to mobilize across ideological lines: conservatives, progressives, independents, veterans, faith communities, and first-time activists. The common enemy is a rigged system. The common goal is a government that works for everyone. The People's Proclamation is our mandate to Unite & Unrig.
End Corruption
Special interests have hollowed out our democracy. Stock-trading legislators, backroom earmarks, dark-money super PACs, and qualified-immunity shields have turned public service into a profit center. We are here to shut it down – through statute, amendment, and relentless public accountability. The Anti-Corruption Safeguards are our first pillar of Protections for the People.
Restore Accountability
The Declaration of Independence gives every American the right – and the duty – to create “new Guards for their future security.” Once the Safeguards are enacted and enhrined, indepedent enforcement is the necessary secondary pillar of Protections for the People. We must prosecute all bad actors to the fullest extent to ensure American corruption is history.
Born out of necessity.
Unrig USA was founded by Americans who looked at decades of broken promises, escalating corruption, and a political class that answers only to its donors – and decided enough was enough. Not with outrage alone, but with a plan.
We are one pillar of the Anti-Corruption Ecosystem – a long-term project created by one of our founders to remove the incentives for corruption and authoritarian behavior, regardless of party. That means new legislation, constitutional amendments, independent enforcement, and civic infrastructure that outlasts any single election cycle. This problem must be tackled from every angle. Our job is simple: Unite & Unrig.
Unrig USA is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization (status pending). We are entirely nonpartisan. We take no direction from any political party, PAC, or super PAC. Our mandate is the Constitution – and the people it was written to protect.

Corruption does not belong to one party – and neither do we. Every policy position we take is evaluated on its merits against a single standard: does it serve the American people?
Transparency
We demand it of government, and we practice it ourselves. Our finances, governance, and decisions are open to public scrutiny – the same standard we hold elected officials to.
Constitutional Fidelity
We are not a revolutionary movement against the Constitution – we are its defenders. Every safeguard we propose works within and reinforces the constitutional framework the founders gave us.
Equal Justice
No one is above the law – not the president, not a senator, not a police officer, not a Supreme Court justice. Equal justice is not an aspiration; it is a constitutional requirement we intend to enforce.
